De Lisle
From Medal of Honor
The De Lisle is a suppressed, .45 ACP, bolt-action rifle used during World War II by the British. It combined a Lee-Enfield system with a Thompson's barrel and a integrated suppressor. It's one of the few truly silent weapons in the world, with the only sound it makes being the bolt pulled back.
[edit] In-Game
The De Lisle is given to you as a part of a level in Breakthrough. It shares pistol ammo, so make sure not to use the pistol unless you have to. The De Lisle is a very powerful weapon however, being able to kill enemies in one shot in the torso and can make sure that other guards don't even notice it.
The De Lisle is also a weapon in multiplayer. It's the only stealthy weapon in the game, which allows the player to sneak up and kill targets without them noticing. However, it shouldn't be used in close-quarters combat, as it's a bolt-action rifle. As long as you stay quiet and hidden, the De Lisle can be an amazing weapon.
