G43
From Medal of Honor
The G43 is a semi-automatic rifle used by the German military. After encountering the SVT-40, the Germans decided to produce their own semi-automatic rifle. The first attempt was the G41 (W), but it was too prone to jamming to be useful. The designers went back to the drawing board and produced the G43.
The G43 was issued to troops, but it was somewhat uncommon on both fronts. Select rifles were converted to sniper rifles by putting a ZF4 telescope on them.

The G43 is the German's primary sniper rifle in Spearhead and Breakthrough. It's 10-round magazine assures that you'll be able to get a lot of shots in, and it's able to kill an enemy with two torso shots or one headshot. However, despite the weapon being semi-automatic, the G43 can't be fired as fast as you can click on the fire key. There's a noticeable small break between rounds that snipers will have to get used to.
