Nambu pistol
From Medal of Honor
The Type 14 Nambu is a pistol used by the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy. Replacing the elderly Type 26 revolver, the Nambu was issued to officers and military police.
The Nambu fires the 8x22mm round, which has power equivalent to the .380 ACP round.

The Nambu is a solid side-arm. In the start of the Makin Atoll raid, you should replace your M1917 revolver and use it until you get a Type 100 SMG. It's reloading time is much faster than the M1917 and it's magazine carries two extra rounds.
Even when you get a M1911 pistol, the Nambu is still a good weapon. If you want, trade a M1911 for it until you get another primary weapon, such as a Type 38 rifle or Type 100 SMG.
