Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun

From Medal of Honor

The Type 92(Woodpecker) heavy machine gun was Japan's primary Heavy machine gun throughout WWII. It was known by Allied troops who faced it in the Pacific as the woodpecker due to its unusual firing sound. Firing the semi-rimmed 7.7mm round, the Type 92 was a potent machine gun. It's only major flaws were that it used 30-round metallic trays as a feed system, making it difficult to reload it and that rounds needed to be oiled before they could be loaded

[edit] In-game

The Type 92 appears in various spots throughout the game, mainly as hard-points. While you're rarely able to use it against troops, it's a fine weapon when you can. In-game, it has a 180-round magazine and must be reloaded. Unlike real life, the Type 92 is reloaded almost instantly. Beware; you have a limited amount of ammo when using the Type 92, so be careful! It is considered rather difficult to aim with since it tends to shake more recoil than other heavy machine-guns, not to mention the sound it makes is more higher-pitched than the Browning machine guns or the German MG42s.
